The attention to detail in the accommodation was excellent, with a lovely gift of cheese, eggs, bread, and milk waiting for us in the fridge, along with tea and coffee. The villa itself was immaculately presented and spotlessly clean. We were delighted to find a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings. Despite a slight inconvenience of not having a teapot and a coffee table in the lounge, these were merely minor observations and did not detract from our overall enjoyment. We were particularly grateful for the non-reserved parking outside the front gate and the convenient location within walking distance of a pub and a Coop. The hosts were also lovely, providing us with a warm welcome and ensuring that we were happy with our stay. I highly recommend Welch House Villa for a wonderful and comfortable holiday experience.

The renovations of the property were done to a very high standard, making our stay extremely comfortable. The house was immaculately presented and spotlessly clean, with fully equipped kitchen facilities including a dishwasher and washing machine. The location was convenient, with a pub and grocery store within walking distance. the house provided a great base for exploring the island.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. We were not informed about the bees nest in the roof guttering until after we had already paid, which could have been an issue for people with allergies.
